Explore Mill Creek Vineyards as we celebrate our 50th year of wine making. After the tour, come back to the gardens beside the water wheel to enjoy a seated tasting incorporating both current and library vintages. Mill Creek Vineyards was founded by Charles Kreck and his sons Bob and Bill in 1974, nine years after they first planted grapes in Dry Creek Valley. The winery has been continuously owned and actively operated by the Kreck family since its inception . Your tour will be hosted by Yvonne Kreck, co-owner, wife of Bill Kreck and mother of winemaker, Jeremy Kreck. Your tour will cover topics such as vineyard practices, basic grafting, root stock, grape quality to wine quality, the Mediterranean climate, and seasons in the vineyard determined by the interest of the group.
